Tuition and Costs

Tuition for the program is $15,000 Canadian funds.

Tools

Every student must purchase a set of basic piano tools upon entry into the program. You can expect to pay between $800 and $900 CDN for this kit of quality tools. We recommend that you purchase these tools once you have started the program, as bad habits are easily developed and hard to correct later on. Please recognize these tools will be used in your business, and not just while you are a student. Because you will be working in a shop environment, you must also have safety glasses, hearing protection, and a current tetanus shot.

Books

There may be required textbooks for your chosen electives. While there are no required reading materials for the piano technology course beyond the ones supplied in class, there are recommended ones. A good start is to purchase Larry Fine's Book "The Piano Book".
